WELCOME
Thank you for your interest in the Gastroenterology Fellowship Program at Franciscan Health Olympia Fields. This is a three-year fully accredited ACGME training program with a total of six fellows.
The gastroenterology fellows gain comprehensive experience managing a diverse population of inpatients and outpatients with full spectrum of gastrointestinal/endoluminal, hepatobiliary, and pancreatic diseases. Additionally, didactic sessions and clinical research opportunities are incorporated into the curriculum. Upon completion of the program, fellows will have the skillset to become clinical and academic leaders in gastroenterology. Recent graduates have entered private or academic practice or have pursued an additional year of fellowship in advanced endoscopy.
